CleanVideo

About this project

CleanVideo is a local Windows video enhancement tool built around HYPIR. It provides a browser-based UI for selecting videos, previewing enhanced frames at any playhead position, tuning restoration and output resolution settings, resuming interrupted exports from cached frames, and saving H.264 output with GPU acceleration where available. The app combines FastAPI, PyTorch CUDA, FFmpeg, and a one-click setup/launcher flow that downloads required repositories, model files, and dependencies when possible.
